沿淮地区发展低碳经济与节能减排途径的探讨--以淮南市为例

摘要

Climate changes bring a series of problems, low-carbon economy has become an inevitable choice to achieve sustainable de-velopment. This paper, taking Huainan City as an example, analyzes the problems of developing low-carbon economy in areas along Huai River, such as the high pollutants in urban areas, high energy consumption, insufficient industrial vitality, lack of technological innovation, unperfected incentive and restraint system, irrational industrial structure and so on. Finally, it proposes the paths and sug-gestions on the development of low-carbon economy in Huainan City.%气候变化带来一系列问题，低碳经济成为实现可持续发展的必然选择。本文以淮南市为例分析了沿淮地区城市发展低碳经济存在的问题，诸如城市的高污染物、高能耗、工业活力不足、技术创新缺乏、激励约束制度不完善、工业结构不合理等问题。最后提出了淮南市发展低碳经济的的路径选择与建议。
