资源型城市低碳经济发展模式研究——以淮南市为例

气候变化是目前人类社会发展的主要挑战之一,也给全球带来了生态和经济上的损失。中国的能源结构长期以煤炭为主,这给中国的资源和环境带来了巨大的压力。为了实现可持续发展,资源型城市走低碳经济发展之路已是大势所趋。阐述低碳经济的主要特征,以淮南市为例,分析资源型城市发展低碳经济的必要性和迫切性,并且提出资源型城市发展低碳经济的政策措施。%Climate change is currently one of the main challenges in the human social development, and also brings the loss of ecology and economic to the seven seas. For a long time, China＇s energy structure is based on the coal, which gives the great pressure to China＇s resources and environment. In order to achieve the sustainable development, it has become a trend that resource-based city take low-carbon path of economic development.The paper describes the main features of low-carbon economy, Huainan City, for example, analyzes the urgency and the necessity for developing low-carbon economy to the resource-based urban, and proposes policies and measures of resource-based urban development to low-carbon economy.
