音圈电机驱动型快速控制反射镜机械结构研究

         

摘要

Aim to fast-steering mirror system driven by voice coil actuators, structure composing, function characteristics of linear and rotary voice coil actuators and key technology on that voice coil actuators are used in fast-steering mirrors system were expatiated. Ordinary stucture of fast-steering mirror system at presently, composing and principle of the X-Y frame structure and flexure axial stucture without shafts were analyzed particularly. Basis on contrast advantages and disadvantages oftraditional mechanical structure for fast-steering mirror system, the new support structure with spherical pair of fast-steering mirror system was designed. The new structure what is no complex shafts as well as joined rigidly has great carrying capacity and angular range. Furthermore, it has great adaptability to vibrate, impact and rotate.%针对音圈电机驱动型快速控制反射镜(简称"快反",下同)系统,阐述了直线式和回转式音圈电机的结构组成、功能特性以及用于快反系统的关键技术.分析了目前快反系统常用结构形式(X-Y框架式和柔性无轴式)的组成和工作原理;在时比传统型快反系统机械结构优缺点的基础上,提出了新型球面副支撑式结构.新型结构既无复杂轴系,又实现了刚性支撑,转角范围大、承载能力强,且对振动、冲击、回转等工作环境具有较强的适应性.
