木瓜籽乙醇提取物中熊果酸含量的测定

         

摘要

To determine the contents of ursolic acid in the ethanol extract from seeds of Fructus Chaenomelis,the following methods are empolyed.The column was ODS-C18 (150cm×4.6mm,5μm),the mobile phase was methanol:water (90∶ 10) with PH 3.0 adjusted by acetic acid,detection wavelength is 210nm,the column temperature was at 25℃,flow rate is at lml/min.Results indicate that the analysis had good linearity when the concentration of ursolic acid was at 0.1280~ 0.64μg,the regression equation was Y =1559307.81 X +3136.60,and r=-0.99988.The recovery rate was 99.43%,and RSD was 0.95%.This method is simple,accurate,and repetitive.Ethanol extraction from seeds of Fructus Chaenomelis is better to preserve ursolic acid and other medicinal ingredients.This method is used to ensure the quality of product and should be promoted.%对木瓜籽乙醇提取物中熊果酸含量进行考察.采用C18反相(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇:水(90∶10)冰醋酸调pH为3.0;检测波长为210 nm;柱温:室温,流速1ml/min.结果HPLC法测定熊果酸含量在0.1280~0.64μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为y=1559307.81X+3136.60,r=0.99988,该法的回收率为99.43%,RSD为0.95%.方法简便、准确、重复性好.木瓜籽乙醇提取法,更好地保存了熊果酸等药用成分,有利于保证产品质量,方法值得推广.
