基于Fluent的前混合磨料水射流高压管道流场的数值模拟

         

摘要

利用Fluent软件对前混合磨料射流技术高压管道中的液固两相流场进行数值模拟,得出了水、磨料在管道中速度云图和磨料的体积分数分布图,考察了磨料浓度,高压管直径及水流量等参数的影响。结果表明,磨料浓度越大,水和磨料在出口处获得的平均速度越小,实现水和磨料的充分混合的距离越长。在流量一定的情况下,随着管道直径的增大,水的入口速度减小,水和石英砂的出口处平均速度v减小,而在管径相同或入口速度相同的条件下,水流量越大出口平均速度越大,磨料的密度对出口速度影响不大,但密度大的磨料需要经过较长的距离才能和水实现充分完全的混合。%In the paper, the liquid-solid two-phase flow of the high pressure pipeline was simulated by using Fluent software in the pre-mixed abrasive jet technology.The speed nephogram of water and abrasive in the pipeline and abra-sive volume fraction distribution were obtained. The effects of parameters such as abrasive concentration, high pressure pipe diameter and water flow were investigated. The results show that the abrasive concentration was more bigger, the average speed of water and abrasive at outlet were more smaller and the distance that water and abrasive mixed fully was more longer .When the flow is certain,with the increase of the pipe diameter,entrance velocity of water was de-creased;the average velocity of water and quartz sand at outlet were decreased; and in the same diameter or entrance velocity,the water flow was more bigger,the average velocity at outlet was more bigger.Abrasive density has little in-fluence on the outlet velocity, while the abrasive density was more bigger a more longer distance that water and sand mixed fully was needed.
