The present invention is a numerical simulation method for a compressible vortex flow field. The method is mainly characterized in that the flux of a vorticity diffusion compensation item is added to a computational grid boundary and used for compensating the excessive diffusion of the vorticity caused by separation of the diffusion direction of vorticity from the maximum change gradient direction of the modulus of the vorticity. The vorticity diffusion compensation item and an artificial diffusion item should be equivalent to each other and have opposite effects. The method is referred to as a vorticity diffusion compensation technology. The vorticity diffusion compensation item is added after the artificial diffusion item is added to a convection item, so a stability policy of the original numerical solution is not affected; the vorticity diffusion compensation item is caused by numerical viscosity, and is along the cross product direction of the diffusion item direction of the vorticity and the maximum gradient change direction of the modulus of the vorticity.
