长春市轨道交通换乘站设施满意度调查及统计分析

摘要

针对长春市日益严重的交通拥堵现象，通过设计调查问卷，分析了轨道交通换乘站设施的安全、舒适性以及影响乘客满意度的各种因素。结合层次分析与模糊评判方法，对长春市轨道交通换乘站设施满意度做了科学的分析，信度分析结果表明问卷调查有较高的信度。最后针对数据所反映出来的长春市轨道交通换乘站存在的问题给出了一些建议。%In this article,factors of transfer of rail transit station facilities safety,comfort and affect the comfort of pas-sengers are acquired through the design of questionnaire,aiming at the phenomenon of traffic jams in Changchun. Ana-lytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation are used to analysis the satisfaction of rail traffic terminal in Changchun. Suggestions are given for the problems reflected from the data of investigation in Changchun.
