LD端面抽运1.3μm双波长激光器研究

             

摘要

The research on dual wavelength laser is helpful to improve the terahertz radiation generated by difference frequency method. Terahertz in medical diagnosis, physical imaging, environmental monitoring and other aspects of a wide range of applications, in recent years become a hot research at home and abroad. In this paper, the theoretical analysis of 1319nm and 1338nm dual-wavelength laser is produced by the simultaneous generation of Nd:YAG, and the corresponding computer simulation is carried out. The dual-wavelength laser output 5.94W,the laser slope efficien-cy of 19.8%,the beam quality factor M 2=1.39.%对双波长激光器的研究有助于改良通过差频方式产生的太赫兹辐射。太赫兹在医疗诊断、物理成像、环境监测等方面应用广泛,近年来成为国内外的研究热点。首先通过键合Nd:YAG晶体产生1319nm和1338nm双波长激光进行理论分析,并在此基础上开展了实验,获得了5.94W的双波长激光输出,激光斜效率19.8%,光束质量因子M 2=1.39。
