益气通络安神方治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效及对患者炎性因子的影响

摘要

目的探讨益气通络安神方治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效及对患者炎性因子的影响.方法将2015年1月-2017年1月我院收治的102例高血压合并冠心病患者分为观察组与对照组,各51例.对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予益气通络安神方,观察2组患者血压控制情况及血清炎性因子水平.结果观察组心绞痛及高血压治疗总有效率均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组治疗后TG、TC、HDL-C及LDL-C改善程度均显著优于对照组(P＜0.05),且Lp-PLA2、IL-6、s ICAM-1及hs-CRP含量均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论益气通络安神方治疗高血压合并冠心病疗效确切,值得进行深入研究.%Objective To explore the efficacy of Yiqi Tongluo Anshen Decoction on hypertension combining with coronary heart disease and its influence on the inflammation index in patients.Methods 102 cases of hypertension combining with coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were divided into control group and observe group by a randomized way, 51 in each group.The control group was treated by the regular treatments, such as hypotensive drugs, aspirin, isosorbide mononitrate and statins.Results In the treatment group, the total effective rate of angina pectoris and high blood pressure were significantly higher in observe group than control group (P＜0.05).After the treatment, the TG, TC, HDL-C and LDL-C levels were significantly promoted in the 2groups and improved more in the observe group (P＜0.05).After the treatment, the Lp-PLA2, IL-6, sICAM-1 and hsCRP levels were significantly lower in the observe group than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of Yiqi Tongluo Anshen Decoction on hypertension combining coronary heart disease is affirmative and worth to the further study.
