目的：观察中药制剂通络祛痛膏治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取膝关节骨性关节炎（风湿瘀阻证）患者72例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各36例。治疗组给予通络祛痛膏外敷，对照组给予双氯芬酸二乙胺乳膏剂（扶他林软膏）外用，对比2组临床疗效、治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分（ VAS ）及中医证候评分。结果治疗组总有效率86.1％，优于对照组58.3％（ P﹤0.05）；治疗组VAS评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）；治疗组中医证候评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论通络祛痛膏治疗膝关节骨性关节炎（风湿瘀阻证），能明显改善临床症状，降低VAS评分及中医证候评分。%Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of Tongluo Qutong Plaster which was based on the traditional Chinese medicine( TCM)for knee osteoarthritis. Methods The 72 cases of knee osteoarthritis with rheu-matic syndrome and stasis selected patient service were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was giv-en Tongluo Qutong Plaster,the control group were treated with diclofenac diethylamine cream preparation( Futalin ointment). The clinical efficacy of the two groups,the treatment of pain visual analog scale( VAS)and TCM symptom score were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 86. 1% and 58. 3%,there were significant difference between the two groups(P ﹤0. 05). After treatment,the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically signif-icant(P﹤ 0. 05). The treatment group of TCM symptom score significantly lower than the control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant( P ﹤ 0 . 05 ). Conclusion Tongluo Qutong Plaster in treating knee osteoarthritis ( rheumatic syndrome and stasis)have definite clinical effect,it can be used as ideal for patients with knee osteoarthri-tis( rheumatic syndrome and stasis)conservation treatment.
