丛丽教授治疗小儿胃强脾弱验案举隅

摘要

Professor CONG thougt infantile spleen is often insufficient,prone to digestive system diseases,such as diarrhea,constipation,etc. Pediatric clinical encounter strong stomach and weak spleen evidence type,main show is abnormal strong appetite,stool thin pond,or stool stem node,or clip without digesting sample content,with or without body thin,weak,susceptible to wait for a symptom. The treatment is to descend the fire in stomach,then to strength the spleen. Only by reducing the appetite first and lightening the burden of spleen and stomach,the function of spleen and stomach can be restored.%丛丽教授认为，小儿脏腑娇嫩，形气未充，其中脾常不足，易发生消化系统疾病，如腹泻、便秘等。临床上儿科遇到胃强脾弱的证型，主要表现为食欲异常旺盛，大便稀溏，或者大便干结，或夹有不消化样物，伴或不伴有体瘦，乏力，易感等症状。治疗上当以清泻胃火，兼顾脾胃，只有降低食欲，减轻脾胃负担，脾胃功能才能得以恢复。
