长春市社区护士对感动护理服务的认知现状研究

     

摘要

Objective This object aims to know the present situation of moving service, moving services cognitive status of community nurses from Changchun. Methods By using the random cluster sampling, choosing 252 community nurses in Changchun to take a questionnaire survey, the questionnaire includes 4 parts, general information, moving service educational experience of community nurses, the cognitive level of moving care about community nurses from Changchun and the willingness to learn moving service and its influences. Analyzing the results, then put out reasonable strategy. Results The total of moving care knowledge score was (15.98±3.396), the theoretical knowledge score was (6.25±1.735), the skill moving care knowledge score was (5.86±1.699), the perceived knowledge score was (3.65±1.346). Univariate analysis shows that the moving nursing scores were different because of education levels,professional titles, work experience,character. Regression analysis shows that the influence factors from top to bottom were professional ranks, educational background and character. Conclusion Community nurses' moving care was at a medium level, education levels, professional titles, characteraffect on the level of knowledge moving care. We should take effective measures to elevate community nurses' knowledge, and promote the moving care services to apply into the clinical practice .%目的 调查明确长春市社区护士对感动护理服务认知现状及影响因素.方法 采用随机整群抽样法,对长春市252名社区护士进行问卷调查,调查内容包括一般资料,社区护士对感动护理服务认知现状及其影响因素.分析长春市社区护士对感动服务认知的现状及影响因素,并提出合理的对策.结果 长春市社区护士感动服务知识得分平均(15.98±3.396)分.感动服务理论知识得分(6.25±1.735)分,实践技能知识得分(5.86±1.699)分,感知知识认知得分为(3.65±1.346)分.单因素分析显示,不同职称、学历、性格、工作年限的社区护士,感动护理服务知识得分有差异.回归分析显示感动护理服务知识总分的主要影响因素按其回归系数大小依次职称、学历和性格.结论 社区护士对感动护理知识的掌握,处于中等水平,影响长春市社区护士对感动服务认知的主要影响因素为职称、学历、性格.应加强长春市社区护士对感动护理服务的认知,促进感动护理服务应用于社区临床实践.
