肾衰方对慢性肾衰竭患者血清微炎症状态的影响及肾功能保护作用

摘要

目的 探讨肾衰方对慢性肾衰竭患者血清微炎症状态影响及肾功能保护作用.方法 选取2014年5月-2016年11月我院治疗的慢性肾衰竭患者78例,按照随机对照原则,分为对照组和研究组,各39例.对照组采用纠正肾脏微循环,治疗原发疾病等治疗;研究组在上述治疗基础上采用"肾衰方"治疗,以"补脾益肾、祛瘀解毒"为治则,持续治疗4周为1疗程,共2疗程.治疗前、治疗4周时及治疗8周时收集血液标本,测定肾功能保护(CCR、BUN、Scr、β2-MG)、微炎症状态(CRP、IL-6、TNF-α)和免疫功能(CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/ CD8+)指标,同时对2组间的治疗效果进行评价.结果 与治疗前相比,两组治疗4周、治疗8周时CCR升高,BUN、Scr、β2-MG降低,CRP、IL-6、TNF-α降低,CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/ CD8+升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组治疗4周、治疗8周时CCR较高,BUN、Scr、β2-MG较低,CRP、IL-6、TNF-α较低,CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/ CD8+较高(P<0.05).对照组有效率74.36%,低于研究组92.31%(P<0.05).结论 肾衰方对慢性肾衰竭患者的治疗效果显著,起到抑制微炎症状态和肾功能保护的作用,提高免疫功能.%Objective To investigate the effect of renal failure recipe on serum micro inflammatory state and renal function in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods 78 patients with chronic renal failure from May 2014 to November 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group, respectively 39 cases. Control group were treated with correct renal microcirculation, treatment of primary disease and other treatment. The study group received more with renal failure recipe treatment, and 2 groups were treated for 4 weeks. Blood samples collected at 4 weeks and at 8 weeks after treatment before treatment, and determination of the protection of renal function (CCR, BUN, Scr, β2-MG), infl ammation (CRP, IL-6, TNF-α) and immune function (CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+) index to evaluate the treatment between the two groups effect. Results Compared with that before treatment, levels of CCR increased in 2 groups after4 and 8 weeks treatment, levels of BUN, Scr, β2-MG decreased, levels of CPR, IL-6, TNF-α decreased, CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/ CD8+ increased (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, levels of CCR were higher in the study group, levels of BUN, Scr, β2-MG were lower, levels of CRP, IL-6、TNF-α were lower, CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/ CD8+ were higher (P<0.05). The effective rate of the control group (74.36%) was lower than that the study group (92.31%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Renal failure Recipe in the treatment of chronic renal failure was effective, which can inhibit the micro infl ammatory state and protect renal function, and improve the immune function.
