“新京”城市规划活动研究

摘要

在长春城市规划的历史上，“新京”规划曾占据重要地位，其城市规划与建设活动在一定程度上促进了城市的近代化发展，也加深了长春的殖民地化程度。本文首先分析“新京”城市规划的历史背景及规划方案的制定过程，从多方面论述了“新京”城市规划活动的实施情况，最后对“新京”的城市规划进行评价。%Urban planning of “Hsinking” has been attached great importance in the history of Changchun .The ur-ban planning and construction activities of “Hsinking” have promoted the modernization of urban development to a certain extent ,and it also deepens the colonization degree of Changchun .Firstly the paper analyzes the historical background of the urban planning of “Hsinking” and the plan's formulation process .Secondly it discusses the im-plementation of the urban planning activities of “Hsinking” from several aspects .Finally it makes the appraisement for the urban planning of “Hsinking”.
