T he paper does some research on how to design the color of cold region city in Jilin .Winter city color planning and design should be consistent with cold climate ,keeping cold characteristics ,extending the city's historical context ,in line with the principles of urban color constitute a harmonious .To design city color of Jilin is a manifestation of humane care ,and it must reflect the progress of science and technology to help beautify the city and help shape a positive image of city in Jilin .%吉林省城市色彩规划设计应符合寒地气候特点、保持寒地特色、延续城市历史文脉、符合城市色彩构成和谐的原则。指出良好的城市色彩规划设计是人文关怀的体现，有助于美化城市，塑造智慧吉林的城市形象。
