霍林河电厂烟气余热利用系统优化设计的研究

     

摘要

锅炉尾部烟道加装低压省煤器,可回收锅炉烟气的余热,加热给水回热加热系统中的主凝结水,提高锅炉给水温度。低压省煤器连接方式有多种,针对霍林河电厂1#机组设计了6种连接方式,并利用等效热降原理对这6种连接方式进行了热经济性对比,分析结果表明将低压省煤器与6#低加并联连接的方式节能效果最为明显。%Low pressure economizer is installed on the boiler tail flue gas duct,which can recycle the waste heat of boiler flue gas,heat the main condensated water in regenerative feed water heating system,and raise the temperature of feed water.There are many ways of low-pressure economizer connected.This article de-signs 6 kinds of connection mode aiming at Huolinhe power plant No.1 unit,and contrasts the economy of these connection modes by using the theory of equivalent heat drop.The analysis results show that the parallel con-nection between low pressure economizer and No.6 low energy is most pronounced for saving effect.
