长春市商品房价格影响因素实证分析

摘要

运用定性和定量相结合的分析方法,建立多元线性回归模型对长春市商品房价格的影响因素进行实证分析,分析结果表明,人口、土地价格和竣工面积对长春市商品房价格的影响较为显著。%Using qualitative and quantitative analysis to set up multiple linear regressions model to make the empirical analysis of the factors of commodity housing price in Changchun City.The results reflect that the population,area of land,land price and completed residential area have remarkable influence over the commodity housing price in Changchun City.
