神经根型颈椎病生存质量量表的编制与条目筛选

摘要

Objective To make item selection on the Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy quality of life Scale. Methods To build scale items through literature, interviews, expert consultation, core group discussions,to make clinical investigations on 132 patients,to score by the importance of experts, response analysis,correlation coefficient,discrete trends in law and the Cronbach coefficient, gradually regression,factor analysis,to filter the items. Results After preliminary experiments and the re-investigation, to filter with 7 ways,finally retain 15 items which composed the final test scale. Conclusion The setup of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy quality of life scale is basically consistent with theoretical ideas and achieved the request of the preparation.%目的 对神经根型颈椎病生存质量量表进行条目筛选.方法 通过文献查询、访谈、专家咨询、核心小组讨论等构建量表条目,对132例患者进行临床调查,运用专家重要性评分、反应度分析、相关系数法、离散趋势法和克朗巴赫系数法、逐步同归法、因子分析法对条目进行筛选.结果 经过预实验与再调查,运用7种方法筛选,最后保留15个条目组成测试量表.结论 神经根型颈椎病生存质量量表的构建基本符合理论构想,达到了编制的要求.
