目的 观察中药熏蒸联合物理疗法对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能的影响.方法 选取2012-01-2012-08于我院就诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者100例,按照治疗方式不同分为对照组和研究组.对照组患者给予常规物理治疗,包括腰椎牵引、电脑中频脉冲电刺激治疗及超短波等;研究组患者在对照组治疗的基础上联合中药熏蒸治疗,10 d为1个疗程,连续治疗1-2个疗程.治疗前后用VAS评分、JOA评分等方法评定患者腰椎功能,观察其改善情况.结果 研究组总有效率90%,明显高于对照组的78%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 中药熏蒸联合物理疗法能有效缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床症状,提高腰椎功能.%Objective To observe the influence of Chinese medicine fumigation combined with physiotherapy on lumbar function of patients with lumbar disc herniation( LDH). Methods 100 cases with LDH treated in this hospital from January2012 to August2012 were selected as the study objects and randomized into control group (50 cases) and treatment group (50cases). Control group were only given physiotherapy,such as ultra short wave therapy,lumbar traction therapy. Treatment group were additionally given Chinese medicine fumigation combined with physiotherapy,with 10 days as a treatment course and for 1-2 treatment courses. After the treatment,the patients with LDH were evaluated by VAS to observe the improvement of the lumbar function and calculate the clinical effective rate. Results The excellent and good rate was78% in control group lower than 90% in treatment group; the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05) . After the treatment,VAS score declined,and JOA score increased; the improvement in treatment group was markedly better than that in control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation combined with physiotherapy can effectively relieve the lumbago and leg pains of patients with LDH, improve the lumbar function which is of definite efficacy.
