蜂窝陶瓷负载TiO2降解甲基橙试验研究

             

摘要

Porous ceramics coated with multilayer TiO2 photocatalytic films was prepared by sol -gel process and then characterized by SEM and XRD. Its adsorption before and after coating was also observed. Results show: the loaded photocatalytic TiO2 occurs mainly in anatase and to a lesser extent in rutile; there is no obvious change to the microstructure and adsorption of porous ceramics loaded with TiO2; methyl orange decomposition rate of TiO2-loaded porous ceramics is lower than that of TiO2 powder in the initial stage, but it exceeds the latter as the activity of the powder declines with the agglomeration and precipitation of the particles as reaction time increases.%以蜂窝陶瓷为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法在蜂窝陶瓷结构表面负载了多层TiO2光催化剂,并对其进行了显微结构分析和XRD物相分析,考察了蜂窝陶瓷镀膜前后吸附性能.结果表明:负载的TiO2光催化剂主要以锐钛矿形式存在,同时伴有少量金红石形态;蜂窝陶瓷负载TiO2光催化剂后其微孔结构及吸附性能没有明显变化,蜂窝陶瓷负载TiO2后对甲基橙的降解率在初始阶段不及TiO2粉体高,但是随着反应时间的延长,TiO2粉体将发生沉降团聚而活性降低,负载在蜂窝陶瓷上的TiO2对甲基橙的降解率高于粉体.
