沉淀法制备SnO2-ZnO/ZST陶瓷及其Q值的研究

     

摘要

以Zn(NO3)2·6H2O和SnO2粉体为原料,采用沉淀法制备纳米ZnO包裹SnO2粉体(SnO2-ZnO),用TEM观察和表征了纳米ZnO包覆微米SnO2粉体.再以SnO2-ZnO粉体、SnO2、TiO2和ZrO2为原料,采用固相法制备SnO2-ZnO/ZST陶瓷.ZST陶瓷研究表明:SnO2-ZnO粉体能降低ZST陶瓷烧结温度和改善介电性能.当SnO2-ZnO中ZnO加入量为(Zr08Sn02)TiO4陶瓷的0.8wt.%和烧结温度为1260℃时,得到了Q值为4200.8(10 GHz),εr为38.2,体积密度为5.25 g/cm3的微波陶瓷.%SnO2 powder packaged by nanometer ZnO (SnO2-ZnO) was prepared by precipitation method with Zn(NO3)2·6H2O and SnO2 as raw materials.The micron SnO2 powder coated with nanometer ZnO was characterized by TEM.Then SnO2-ZnO/ZST ceramics were obtained with SnO2-ZnO powder,SnO2,TiO2 and ZrO2 as raw materials by solid state reaction method.The research of the ZST ceramic showed:SnO2-ZnO powder could lower the sintering temperature and improve the dielectric performance of the ZST ceramic.When the ZnO doping in SnO2-ZnO made up 0.8wt.% of the (Zr0.8Sn0.2)TiO4 ceramic and the sintering temperature was 1260 ℃,the microwave dielectric ceramic with the Q value of 4200.8 (10 GHz),the εr of 38.2,and the volume density of 5.25 g/cm3 was obtained.
