These negative effects are found at many levels of the power operation construction, such as in the party culture level, the erroneous tendencies of class struggle seriously interfered with the right direction of power operation. At the political socialization level, increasingly showing the“revolutionary”and vulgarizing, feudal ideas failed to digestion. In the organization power system, which was more and more centralized and which weakened internal driving force of the power supervise. In the internal relations of the power system, the recessional legal system construction led to the overall lack of institutional norm. In political relations, inter-party relations and the relation between the party and social organizations increasingly closed, which resulted in the absence of the power external supervision group. At political behavior level, the system type of anti-corruption path was explored gradually abandoned.
