锗酸盐微晶玻璃的显微结构与红外透过性能

         

摘要

CaO-BaO-Y2O3-Al2O3-SiO2-GeO2 glass containing nucleating agent ZrO2 was prepared by conventional melt quenching technique, and the gennanate glass-ceramics were obtained under different heating conditions. Differential scanning calorimeter, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were used to study the effect of heating conditions on crystallization behavior, microstmctures and infrared transmittance of the gennanate glass-ceramics. The results show that the crystallite size in gennanate glass-ceramics is 40-100 nm when crystallization temperature is 930-1 010 ℃. When crystallization temperature is lower than 990 ℃, transparent gennanate glass-ceramics can be obtained. Not only the crystallite size, volume and the refractive index difference between crystallite and glass matrix but also the arrangement shape of the crystallite are the key factors to the transparence of the glass-ceramics.%用传统熔体冷却法制备含成核剂的CaO-BaO-Y2O3-Al2O3-SiO2-GeO2玻璃,并采用两步法工艺获得不同热处理条件下的微晶玻璃.采用DSC,XRD和SEM等分析测试方法研究不同热处理制度对锗酸盐微晶玻璃的析晶行为、显微结构以及红外透过性能的影响.研究结果表明:当晶化温度为930~1 010℃时,可以获得半透明的锗酸盐微晶玻璃,其单个晶粒粒径为40~100 nm;当晶化温度低于990℃时,锗酸盐微晶玻璃具有良好的光学透过性能,其透过波段为可见光区至5.0μm附近的中红外光区,透过率可达80%以上;影响微晶玻璃光学透明性的因素除了微晶体的粒径、晶体含量以及微晶体折射率与母体玻璃折射率之差外,微晶体的团聚可能也是决定微晶玻璃光学透过性的重要因素.
