电梯导轨侧弯矫直建模仿真与实验

         

摘要

为研制全自动电梯导轨矫直机,建立矫直电梯导轨侧向弯曲变形的理论模型,模型中对如何确定电梯导轨侧弯矫直的关键参数,如矫直压头、支点的布置及矫直行程的确定进行分析,利用弹塑性力学理论推导矫直一定原始弯曲的曲率方程式,为便于电梯导轨侧弯矫直的实际操作,进一步阐述矫直下压行程的确定方法,给出矫直行程计算表达式。为验证理论模型的可行性,将其应用于T90/B系列电梯导轨的侧弯变形矫直,给出该系列导轨侧弯矫直的反弯曲率、矫直下压量与原始弯曲曲率的关系曲线,利用ANSYS有限元对实例进行仿真分析,并设计电梯导轨侧弯矫直实验,通过比较理论模型结果、有限元仿真结果及实验数据,验证了本文所提出的电梯导轨侧弯矫直模型的可行性。%In order to develop auto straightening machine for elevator guide rail, a theory model was approached to straightening the lateral bending of elevator guide rail, the key parameters, such as the disposal of press point and supporting points, reverse bending curvature and straightening stroke, were analyzed in the model, and the expression for computing reverse curvature in corresponding to original deformed curvature was deduced. Elastic-plastic theory was applied in deducing the expression. For operating convenience, an equation for calculating the reverse stroke of pressing down was further given. To special T90/B rail, the model presented was used to calculate the straightening parameters, and the connection curves were presented, reflecting the relationship between original curvature and reverse curvature, and the relationship between the stroke of pressing down and the original curvature, and the finite element simulation and bending experiment were conducted in order to verify the model presented. The model results were compared with the finite element results and experiment results, and the comparison results show that the model presented is practical.
