采用CASS工艺协同处理渗滤液与城镇污水的准入负荷

         

摘要

In order to effectively maintain the wastewater plant normal operation by controlling the landfill leachate entry load, the maximum leachate entry load of CASS process was studied. Applying the different volume ratios that leachate in mixture which constituted by leachate and domestic wastewater in the experiment, the different volume ratios of leachate and domestic wastewater in the direct co-treatment condition (0.50%, 1.00%, 1.50%, 2.00%, 2.50%, 3.00% and 3.50%) and after leachate pre-treated by magnesium ammonium phosphate (MAP) (1.00%, 2.50%, 3.00%, 3.50%, 4.00% and 5.00%) were employed in the experiment, and corresponding leachate entry load of CASS process were calculated by measuring CODcr and TN mass concentration of influent and effluent. The results show that under MAP condition, the maximum CODcr and TN entry load of CASS process are 23.0 g/(m3d) and 17.0 g/(m3d), respectively. Under CASS condition, the maximum CODcr and TN entry load of CASS process are 27.0 g/(m3d) and 2.8 g/(m3d), respectively, and the maximum CODcr and TN entry load of CASS process can be increased by 14.81% and 83.53% respectively after leachate is pretreated by MAP.%为对接入污水厂处理的垃圾渗滤液负荷量进行控制,有效维护处理系统的正常运行,针对CASS污水处理工艺,研究其对垃圾渗滤液与城镇污水的混合液进行直接协同处理以及对经磷酸铵镁沉淀法(MAP法)预处理后的渗滤液与城镇污水的混合液进行协同处理情况下的渗滤液最大准入负荷.进行直接协同处理时,采用渗滤液占液合液的体积混合比0.50%,1.00%,1.50%,2.00%,2.50%,3.00%和3.50%;渗滤液预处理后,采用体积混合比1.00%,2.50%,3.00%,3.50%,4.00%和5.00%分别进行实验,通过测定CASS工艺进、出水的CODcr和TN质量浓度,探讨相应混合比时的渗滤液准入负荷.研究结果表明:在各自最大体积混合比条件下,直接协同处理时,CASS工艺的渗滤液最大CODcr准入负荷为23.0 g/(m3.d),最大TN准入负荷为2.8 g/(m3·d);渗滤液经MAP法预处理后协同处理时,CASS工艺的渗滤液最大CODcr准入负荷为27.0 g/(m3·d),最大TN准入负荷为17.0 g/(m3·d);渗滤液经MAP法预处理可以将CASS工艺的最大CODcr准入负荷提高14.81%,最大TN准入负荷提高83.53%.
