DEAD-box家族蛋白是一类ATP依赖的RNA解旋酶,在RNA代谢的过程中发挥重要的作用.DEAD-box家族蛋白可通过调节癌基因和抑癌基因的表达及肿瘤相关信号通路等影响细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡,进而发挥促癌或抑癌的作用.%DEAD-box family protein is a kind of ATP dependent RNA helicase,which plays a critical role in RNA metabolism.The DEAD-box family proteins can affect cell proliferation,differentiation,and apoptosis through regulating the expression of oncogenes,tumor suppressor genes and tumor related signaling pathways.It plays the role in promoting or suppressing cancer.
