湖南江口鸟洲池鹭繁殖生态研究

摘要

1997年4月至1998年6月对湖南江口鸟洲分布的池鹭繁殖生态进行了调查研究，发现池鹭繁殖巢近800个，密度为350～400对/hm2，95%的池鹭营巢于楠竹和淡竹枝上，98%的个体池鹭在鸟洲附近的农田水域活动与取食，4月中旬迁至江口鸟洲，产卵期7～24 d，满巢卵数4～6枚，孵化率89.1%，孵化期(24±2) d，幼鸟成活率72%.%The investigation on the breeding habits of Ardeola bacchus on the Bird Island of Jiangkou, Hunan, from April, 1997 to June, 1998 is reported. The results show that in the breeding season, there were about 800 breeding nests, and the population density was about 350～400 pairs/hm2；that 95% of the total of pond herons built their nests on branches of Phyllostachys pubescens and P.henonis; that 98% of the total of Pond herons got food from field and water area around the Bird Island; that the period of laying eggs lasted about 7～24 days and the eggs per nest was 4～6; that the incubation rate was 89.1%, and the incubation period was(24±2) days; and that the survival rate was about 72%.
