栾树幼苗对土壤中多环芳烃的富集及再分配

         

摘要

在温室盆栽条件下,设置对照(CK)、低(L1)、中(L2)、高(L3)不同污染浓度土壤,研究栾树幼苗PAHs的吸收累积情况及在其体内的再分配.结果如下:栾树幼苗可以吸收积累土壤中的PAHs.随土壤中PAHs浓度的增大,其体内的PAHs总含量及根、干、叶中的PAHs均呈递增趋势,L1、L2、L3处理组根、干、叶中PAHs含量均显著高于对照组.随着处理浓度的增大,栾树叶中PAHs占体内PAHs总量的比例呈逐渐降低趋势,而根中PAHs占总量的比例呈上升趋势,干中PAHs含量所占比例相对稳定.%Koelreuteria paniculata seedlings have been planted in polluted soil in greenhouse, and the polluted soil have different concentrations: control (CK), low (LI), medium (L2), high (L3). The accumulation of PAHs from soil and of redistribution in the body of Koelreuteria Paniculata seedlings have been studied. The results are as follows: Koelreuteria paniculata seedlings can absorb PAHs in soils. With the increasing of concentration of PAHs in soil, the content of PAHs in seedlings body, root, stem and leaves showed an increasing trend, PAHs content in root, stem, leaf in LI, L2 and L3 treatments were significantly higher than in CK. The proportion of PAHs in leaves to total PAHs in body was higher in lower polluted soil than in higher polluted soil, and which in root has the opposite trend. The proportion of PAHs in stem to total PAHs in body was similar in different polluted soil.
