酸碱胁迫对药用植物蚬壳花椒白藓碱含量的影响

         

摘要

采用HPLC方法,分别对不同生长时期及不同酸碱度溶液胁迫处理后的幼苗有效成分白藓碱含量进行检测.结果表明:愈伤组织、1~2年生茎、成熟的叶及叶柄中不含白藓碱,组培苗、3年生茎、1~3年生根及生药中含白藓碱,3年生根中白藓碱的含量是茎含量的3.89倍,是生药中白藓碱含量的2.19倍;不同程度的酸碱胁迫均能促进植株内白藓碱含量增加,其中pH值为2.5的处理中白藓碱含量是对照的7.13倍,pH值为9.5的处理是对照的4.83倍,但植株在酸碱过强的环境中不能正常生长.%By using the high performance liquid chromatography, the dictamnine contents of Zanthoxylum dissitum in different growing periods were detected with different content aicd and alkali stress which was one of the active ingredients of Zanthoxylum dissitum. The results show that the callus, 1-year stem, 2-year stem, mature leaves and their petioles had not any dictamnie; while in the tissue culture seedling, 3-year stems, 1,2, 3-year roots, and crude drugs were found dictamnie. The content of dictamnie in 3-year roots was 3. 89 times of that in 3-year old stems, and was 2. 19 times of that in crude drugs. One-year cultivated seedlings were treated with different pH values, and the changes of dictamnine contents were detected by HPLC. The results show that different levels of acid stress and alkali stress, all increased the content of dictamnine, especially the treatment pH = 9. 5, the content of dictamnine was up to 0. 032 00 μg/g, which was 4. 83 times of that of the control group. The treatment pH = 2. 5, the dictamnine content was up to 0. 047 25 μg/g,but the plants could not be normal growth. This research can provide a reference for the scientific utilization of resources and artificial cultivation of Z. Dissitum.
