基于单元哑铃型缺陷地的结构(DGS)结构等效电路模型,研究了周期缺陷地结构的阻带特性.为了获得更深的衰减深度,在对各种结构进行总结的基础上提出了一种新型的梳型周期性缺陷地结构,是对哑铃型结构的一种改进.对不同尺寸结构仿真的结果表明,选取合适的结构参数,梳型结构比传统哑铃型结构能增加20 dB的衰减深度,同时具有更加陡峭的衰减边沿.三单元周期哑铃结构在4.3~4.8 GHz范围内衰减可达-60 dB,五单元结构则可在3.7~5.33 GHz频带内获得-40 dB以下的衰减.该结构可以应用于微波无源、有源电路,天线和频率选择表面等领域的设计与性能改善.%Based on the equivalent circuit model of dumbbell-shaped DGS, the stop-band characteristics of PDGS (Periodic Defected Ground Structure) were studied. A new comb periodic structure was proposed. Calculation of different sizes proved that if structural parameter was selected appropriately, the comb-type structure obtained an increase of 20 dB attenuation depth more than the traditional dumbbell structure, while the attenuation edge was more craggedness. The three units cycle dumbbell structure' s attenuation reached - 60 dB in range of 4. 3 ~4. 8 GHz, and the five units cycle dumbbell structure could obtain affenuation below -40 dB in range of 3. 7~5. 33 GHz. The new structure could be applied to the designs and performance improvement of microwave passive and active circuits, antennas and frequency selective surfaces and other fields.
