木质纤维素种类对白腐菌降解选择性的影响

         

摘要

The effects of lignocellulose species on lignin-degrading selectivity during the biodegradation were investigated by taking the lignocellulose of Cunninghamia lanceolata, Phyllostachys pubescens and Salix babylonica as studying objects. The results show that at the prophase of degradation, the selective degradation rates of lignin and cellulose in China-fir, moso-bamboo and weeping-willow woods led by Echinodontium sp. were very low; however, the rates of cellulose degradation in weeping-willow and moso-bamboo increased rapidly after the 30th day, but the cellulose degradation rate in China-fir was still very low; the selective liginn-degrading ability of white rot fungus showed a difference in the three lignocellulose. Thus, the speed differences of lignin-degradation selectivity were proved to be related closely with the different increase of cellulose-degradation rate during the biodegradation.%以杉木、垂柳和毛竹木质纤维素为对象,研究了木质纤维素种类对白腐菌Echinodontium sp.木质素降解选择性的影响.结果发现:在降解前期,Echinodontium sp.选择性降解三种基质木质素,纤维素降解率极低,但在培养后期,杉木纤维素降解率仍保持较低水平,但垂柳和毛竹基质纤维素降解显著增强,三种基质的木质素降解选择性出现很大差异.因此,不同基质上纤维素降解速度的差异是导致白腐菌木质素降解选择性差异的主要原因.
