响应面法优化芦苇秆粉末高压无胶成形工艺

             

摘要

Based on the acquired processing parameters by single factor experiment, taking static bending strength, internal bond strength and water absorption as evaluation indexes, the various factors (such as forming pressure, holding time and forming temperature) which have influence on the performance of reed powder high-pressure self-bonding material have been discussed by response surface method (RSM). The best process conditions are: forming pressure 70 MPa, forming temperature 160℃ , holding time 30 mins. The verification test results show that the verification test value was basically identical with the predictive value of response surface mathematical model. The results indicate that using response surface method to analyze and optimize the processing parameters of reed powder high-pressure self-bonding mold forming is feasible, the obtained response surface mathematical model can be used to predict true value.%基于单因素试验获得的各工艺参数值,以静曲强度、内结合强度和吸水率作为评价指标,采用响应面法分析了成形压力、保温时间、成形温度及其交互作用对芦苇粉末高压无胶模塑材料性能的影响.得到芦苇粉末高压无胶模压成形工艺的最佳工艺条件为:成形压力70 MPa、成形温度160℃、保温时间30 min.验证试验结果表明:验证试验测试值与响应面数学模型的预测值基本一致,表明利用响应面法分析并优化芦苇杆粉末高压无胶模压成形工艺参数的方法可行,获得的响应面数学模型可用于预测真实值.
