杂交鹅掌楸纤维形态和化学组成的纵向变化规律

     

摘要

为深刻了解杂交鹅掌楸的纤维和化学组成特性,系统分析了多年生杂交鹅掌楸在纵横向生长过程中的纤维形态及木材化学组成的变化,并与制浆造纸常用速生阔叶材(三倍体毛白杨、桉木)和马尾松就纤维形态与化学组成特性进行了比较.研究结果表明:杂交鹅掌楸随着生长年限的增加,纵向纤维长宽比变大,壁腔比呈现先增加后减小的趋势;生长8~9年的杂交鹅掌楸具有最佳的纤维形态特性;与其他造纸速生材相比,杂交鹅掌楸具有较低的抽出物含量,灰分含量低于1%,综纤维素含量高达82.39%,木质素和戊聚糖含量分别为22.71%和14.02%;同时,杂交鹅掌楸纤维具有接近马尾松的长宽比和壁腔比、细长且柔软的特性,是一种优良的造纸、木质纤维生物利用新原料.%The variations of fiber morphology and chemical components of Liriodendron hybrids along longitudinal direction were studied,and were compared with the fast-growing broadleaf timber commonly used in pulping and papermaking.The results indicate that the length-width ratio of the fibers increased with the rise of growing years,and the cell wall-lumen ratio increased initially and declined slightly after 8~9 years.The L.hybrid had the optimum fiber morphology after 8~9 years; In contrast to other fast-growing wood,such as triploid Populus tomentosa and Eucalyptus,and the extractive content of L.hybrids was lower,its ash content was less than 1%,the holocellulose,lignin and pentosan contents were 82.39%,22.71% and 14.02% respectively,which were suitable for pulping to get pulp with higher yield; Meanwhile,the L.hybrids were similar to Masson pine in length-width ratio,cell wall-lumen ratio and fiber long and flexible,so it is an excellent commercial forest for pulping and bio-refinery.
