基于AHP的森林公园科普旅游资源评价体系构建

     

摘要

A evaluation system of forest park tourism resources for pro-poganda sciences had been established by using Analytic Hierarchy Process. From three aspects of resources endowment, development condition and tourism consumption value, sixteen evaluation indexes, such as the beauty, richness, integrity. hierarchy indices and etc. were selected, thus the index weights in all levels were calculated by constructed judgment matrix. The results were as follows: in the criterion level weights, the resources endowment (Y1=0.626 7) was the highest score, followed by the tourism consumption value (Y3=0.093 6), and the next was the development condition (Y2=0.279 7); in the index level weights, the topifrstifve were: the science popularization value was the highest score (X6=0.229 4), followed by the scarcity (X5=0.122 6), the interestingness (X16=0.119 4), the uniqueness (X2=0.106 6), and the experience (X15=0.064 2). In order to validate the feasibility of the assessment model, Liangfengjiang National Forest Park was selected to check the evaluation system. The results show that the assessment model can reflect the actual level of tourism resources for pro-poganda sciences in this forest park, thereby the model was feasible. On the basis of the analysis results, the suggestions about experience design of tourism resources for pro-poganda sciences for forest park were recommended.%采用层次分析法(AHP法)构建了森林公园科普旅游资源评价体系。从资源禀赋、开发条件和旅游消费价值三个方面,选择美感度、丰富度、完整性等16个评价指标,通过构造判断矩阵计算各层次指标权重。结果表明:准则层权重值排序为资源禀赋Y1(0.6267)>旅游消费价值Y3(0.2797)>开发条件Y2(0.0936);指标层总排序权重前五位分别为科普价值X6(0.2294)>稀缺性X5(0.1226)>趣味性X16(0.1194)>独特性X2(0.1066)>体验性X15(0.0642);选取良凤江国家森林公园作为实证地对该评价体系进行校验,结果显示该评价体系能够反映森林公园科普旅游资源品质的高低,具有可行性。结合分析结果,提出森林公园科普旅游体验设计的建议。
