基于邻接关系的森林景观斑块耦合网络结构特性分析

         

摘要

Forest patches exchange complex ecological flow between each other, and various patches coupling bodies maintain a sustainable form, which leads to the formation of patches coupling network. In this paper, the forest serves as flowing mosaics in different spaces, forest stand set as a spatial integral, which helps the forest stand set rise up to stratification of landscapes. The forest patches serve as spatial functional unit in order to extract nodes, the common boundary among different patches as a border, and the forest patches and the patches coupling network as the framework of the system, which contributes to structural properties of the forest landscape patches coupling network. In order to elaborate the complexities of the network, 134 different sizes of forest landscape patches coupling bodies are taken as samples from Taoyuan county in Changde so as to draw out the forest landscape patches coupling network. 23 samples were selected at random. By comparing the path length and clustering coefficient of the network, this paper tends to explore the following aspects, first of all, the relation between the small-world properties of the network and its size, then the distribution characteristics and scale-free properties of the network and the relation between the nodes and the size with the analysis on a logarithmic coordinates and semi-logarithm coordinates of the nodes, last but not least, the community properties of the network by analyzing the node degree. The results show that the small-world properties are closely related to the size of the network. The distribution of the network is in line with the power-law distribution, and the scale-free properties enhance as the number of the nodes increases; in addition, the community properties present evident and enhance with the increasing of the size of the network. Faced with a calculated attack, the network presents robustness with the small-world, scale-free and community properties. In conclusion, the forest landscape patches paves way not only for explaining the complexity of forest landscape, analyzing the stability and invulnerability of forest landscape ecosystem, but also for more reasonable managing of the forest landscape.%森林斑块间进行着各种复杂的生态过程,斑块间通过物质与能量的流动耦合维持总体可持续形态,形成“斑块耦合体”。将一定范围内的林分集合(斑块耦合体)作为空间整体,把它看作由处于不同空间的流动镶嵌体,从林分上升到景观层次。把斑块作为空间功能单元,抽象成网络中的节点,斑块间相邻的公共边抽象成网络中的边,构造由若干节点和边组成的“斑块耦合网络”作为“斑块耦合体”的骨架,森林景观斑块耦合网络具有结构特性。为揭示森林景观斑块耦合网络结构的复杂特性,本文从常德市桃源县提取了134个不同规模的森林景观斑块耦合体,抽象出森林景观斑块耦合网络,从中筛选出23个,通过分别比较森林景观斑块耦合网络的特征路径长度和聚类系数与对应随机网络的特征路径长度和聚类系数的大小来探求森林景观斑块耦合网络的小世界特性及其与网络规模之间的关联关系;分析森林景观斑块耦合网络节点度在对数坐标和半对数坐标下的分布特征,无标度特性和网络规模的关系;采用模块度来分析森林景观斑块耦合体的社团特性。所研究的森林景观斑块耦合网络小世界特性与网络规模有关;森林景观斑块耦合网络度分布更趋向于幂律分布,而且无标度特性随着网络节点规模的增大而增强;而森林景观斑块耦合网络的社团特性明显,是森林景观斑块耦合网络普适性的结构特性,且随网络规模增大而增强。而森林景观斑块耦合网络的小世界特性、无标度特性、社团特性常常使得森林景观斑块耦合网络在面对蓄意攻击时表现出鲁棒性。结合森林景观斑块耦合网络节点所代表的斑块信息,为揭示森林景观复杂性、分析森林景观生态系统的稳定性和抗毁性、提出景观尺度下森林经营措施提出更科学、合理的思路。
