森林火灾应急移动通信切换算法研究

         

摘要

切换技术是解决森林火灾应急移动通信中信号阻塞问题的重要技术。对传统的切换技术进行优先权和排队式的算法优化,并将其应用到支持语音业务的切换中,构建了森林火灾应急通信模型,最后对传统算法和改进算法进行了实验对比。结果表明:经过优化和改进后的切换算法中断率显著降低,信号质量显著提高。研究结果可为森林火灾应急指挥通信畅通和数据的实时传输提供技术保障。%Handoff technology is one of the most important methods to solve the signal disruption and signal blocking during forest fire communications. According to the special environment and models mentioned above, channel reservation and queuing algorithm were optimized based on traditional handoff technology. Finally, traditional algorithm and optimal algorithm were compared, and the result showed that the dropout rate was remarkably decreased and the signal was obviously strengthened by the improved. Therefore, effectively emergency command and live transmission of data were guaranteed for better research by this algorithm.
