农民专业合作社中工商资本与农户的合作机制研究--基于演化博弈论的视角

Industrial and commercial capital participation in the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives have become a common phenomenon, and how to build cooperation mechanism betweencommercial capital and farmers is the key to achieve long-term cooperation. Evolutionary game theory provides new tools to study the formation and evolution of the direction of cooperation mechanisms between the commercial capital and farmers. Study shows that: the formation of cooperative mechanisms affected by the initial payoff matrix and key parameter selection. By strengthening its cooperation, improve the ability of managers to integrate resources, the rational design of incentive and restraint mechanisms, as well as change the government support measures to promote the formation of good cooperation between commercial capital and farmers, and ultimately can achieve win-win cooperation between the parties and sustainable development of farmers’ professional cooperatives.%工商资本参与农民专业合作社的发展已经成为一种普遍现象，如何构建工商资本与农户之间的合作机制是实现双方长期合作的关键所在。演化博弈理论为研究农民专业合作社中工商资本与农户之间合作机制的形成及其演化方向提供了新的工具，研究表明：合作机制的形成受到初始支付矩阵和关键参数选择的影响。通过加强合作宣传，提高管理者整合资源的能力，合理设计激励和约束机制，以及转变政府支持方式等措施能促进工商资本和农户之间良好合作关系的形成，最终可以实现合作各方的多赢及农民专业合作社的可持续发展。
