基于AT89C2051的木材供应链手持机的设计

     

摘要

In order to strengthen government supervision on wood supply chain and to improve the competitiveness of China’s forestry industry in the international market, this study designs a handheld device for wood supply chain management based on AT89C2051 single chip microcomputer. In this device, the IC card of AT24C16 chip is used as the supply chain tracking card. The handheld device can write supply chain logs, GPS time, and latitude and longitude data into the IC card, to help enterprises to trace raw materials and strengthen quality control. The application of this device can also support effective supervision on the forestry law enforcement process. Meanwhile, an improved algorithm based on MD5 is designed to prevent card falsiifcation. This design can block illegal wood products entering into the supply chain, so as to protect forest resources and realize the sustainable growth of forestry economy.%为了加强政府对木材供应链的监管,以及帮助企业提高木制品国际市场竞争力,基于AT89C2051单片机设计了木材供应链管理手持机,使用了AT24C16芯片的IC卡作为供应链追踪卡,手持机能够向IC卡写入供应链日志及GPS时间、经纬度,帮助企业实现原材料的溯源,加强木制品品质的管控,并且对林业执法过程进行有效的监督。同时设计了基于MD5加密的改良算法,使篡改和伪造追踪卡具有较大的技术难度。该项设计能够阻断非法木材进入供应链,保护森林资源,实现林业经济可持续增长。
