海温震荡对区域旱涝灾害的敏感性研究——以中国浙江省为例

         

摘要

By using ECHAM5 climate model, Z index, SVD Analysis method, the association between features of spring drought and flood in SST Turbulence and Zhejiang Province is investigated, and the sensitivity are studied.Results show that: (1) In Zhejiang Province, the spring drought in the early 90s of the 20th century to the beginning of the 21st century had the characteristics of a significant 3-4A cycle.(2) The total regional climate is divided into two main distribution patterns of the east and west, and has a reverse distribution in the other regions.There are three significantly abnormal areas of drought and flood as in Pinghu-Cix, Hongjia-Yuhuan and Quzhou.(3) There is a significant negative correlation between drought and flood in spring and sea surface temperature in early winter in North Atlantic, eastern Pacific, the Bay of Bengal, South China Sea and North India Ocean.Among them, the most obvious negative correlation with drought and flood events is in the Bay of Bengal;Zhejiang Pacific Southwest-Northeast towards the narrow waters (120 degrees E~120 degrees W, 0 degrees ~30 degrees N) has a significant positive correlation between the pre winter SST, there was a significant negative correlation with the sea SST over the same period;(4) will spring drought flood in Zhejiang Province were against the winter of Nino, nino4, nino3.4, IOD index analysis, the influence of NINO3 index in Northwest Zhejiang greater, indicating that the winter EP ENSO when Zhejiang Province north will produce more serious drought weather.It can be concluded that, the Pacific Southwest-Northeast towards the narrow waters [120 degrees E-120 DEG W, 0 degrees-30 degrees N] prophase winter SSTA abnormal volatility is Zhejiang drought and flood the important control factor.%采用ECHAM5气候模式、Z指数、SVD分析等方法,探讨海温震荡与浙江省春季旱涝特征之间的关联性,并对其敏感性进行了研究.结果显示:①浙江省春季旱涝在1990年代初到21世纪初存在一个显著的3~4年周期的特征;②全区域气候分东、西两个主要的分布型,且与其余地区反向分布.分为三个旱涝异常显著区:平湖-慈溪带,洪家-玉环带,衢州带;③浙江省春季旱涝与前期冬季北大西洋、中东太平洋、孟加拉湾、南海海域、北印度洋海温存在着显著负相关关系,其中,孟加拉湾负相关表现最显著;浙江旱涝事件与太平洋西南-东北走向狭长海域(120°E~120°W,0°~30°N)前期冬季海温呈显著正相关关系,与该海域同期海温存在显著的负相关;④将前冬季的NINO3、NINO4、NINO3.4、IOD指数分别作对浙江省春季旱涝的相关分析,NINO3指数对浙江西北部影响更大,表明当前期冬季EP型ENSO发生时浙江省北部会产生较为严重的旱涝天气.可以断定,太平洋西南-东北走向狭长海域[120°E~120°W,0°~30°N]前期冬季海温的异常震荡是浙江旱涝的重要控制因子.
