澳大利亚女性体育权利保障及其启示

摘要

采用文献资料法等，从政策演进的视角对澳大利亚女性体育权利保障进行分析。澳大利亚女性体育权利保障始于20世纪80年代，最初散见于女性相关法案，女性体育国家政策的出台，标志着澳大利亚女性体育权利国家保障体系的形成。澳大利亚女性体育政策基于性别平等的前提，旨在保障女性体育权利，营造有利于女性参与体育运动的社会环境，鼓励女性参与体育运动，其政策的制定与执行呈现出多部门参与和协同治理的特征。我国女性体育权利的保障，同样需要政策引导，以及多部门协同促进与治理。%By using the method of literature review and data ,the analysis on the security of Australian women's sports rights is made from the perspective of policy evolution .Australia women sports rights protection began in the 1980s ,originally scattered in women‐related bills ,the introduction of national poli‐cy of women sports ,marking the formation of Australia Women Sports Rights in the national security system .Australia women sports policy is based on the premise of gender equality to protect the rights of women sport ,to create a conducive to women's participation in sports social environment ,encourage women to participate in sports ,the formulation and implementation of the policy shows a multi‐sectoral participation and collaborative governance characteristics .The protection of women's sports rights in Chi‐na also needs policy guidance ,as well as multi‐sectoral collaboration promotion .
