社区康复训练和持续健康教育对慢性恢复期精神分裂症患者自我效能感影响的研究

摘要

目的：探讨大兴新城地区社区康复训练和持续健康教育对慢性恢复期精神分裂症患者的自我效能感效果的影响。方法将140例女性患者采用数字表法随机分为对照组和康复组各70例，康复组除了药物治疗外，还要接受一年定期的社区康复训练和持续健康教育。结果通过社区康复训练和持续健康教育，康复组的患者自我效能感明显高于对照组，结果具有统计学意义。结论通过社区康复训练和持续健康教育可明显提高慢性恢复期精神分裂症患者的自我效能感。%Objective Explore the Daxing district community rehabilitation training and ongoing health education on chronic schizophrenic patients recovering from the effect of self-efficacy.Methods There are 140 cases of female patients were randomly divided into control group and rehabilitation group of 70 cases, the rehabilitation group in addition are subjected to medical treatment , but also to accept regular year community rehabilitation training and continuing health education .Results Through community-based rehabilitation training and continuing health education , rehabilitation group of patients was significantly higher self-efficacy, the results were statistically significant .Conclusion Through community-based rehabilitation training and continuing health education significantly improved self -efficacy.
