再碱化修复后混凝土微观结构变化及机理研究

         

摘要

In this paper, the concrete microstructure change after realkalization repair has been studied by experiment.The results indicate that realkalization has large impact on pore size distribution and porosity of the concrete.After realkalization the total pore volume is decreased, gel pores cover majority of the total, and the concrete microstructure becomes very compact.It indicates that realkalization can improve microstructure and improve the durability of concrete.According to the analysis and study of the mechanism of concrete microstructure change after realkalization repair, it indicates that there are mutual influence,mutual restriction and interaction among electric field, transmission characteristics and concrete microstructure, which shows that electrochemical realkalization is a very complex process of physics and chemistry.%对电化学再碱化后混凝土微观结构变化进行了试验研究.结果表明:电化学再碱化对混凝土的比孔隙率、平均孔径和平均比表面积有显著影响.电化学再碱化后混凝土的界面结构明显改善,有害孔隙减少,密实性和耐久性提高.另外,对电化学再碱化后混凝土微观结构变化的机理分析研究表明:电场作用与混凝土的传输特性、微观结构相互影响、相互制约.
