基于图像的AC20混合料集料接触分布特征研究

         

摘要

HMA(hot mix asphalt) performance is greatly affected by aggregate contacts. The gradation of asphalt concrete determines the characteristics of aggregate contacts, the features of aggregate determine the gradation. In order to quantify the contacts relation between the aggregates,a new method based on digital image processing was put forward for obtaining the information of the aggregate contacts in HMA.For AC20 HMA,the amount of contacts between aggregate with size of above 2.36 mm and the characteristics of these aggregates were obtained from all sample images that were got from 72 cut sections of rutting test samples through this method. Then the collective contact distribution rules of all aggregates, the local contact distribution rules of every grades and the single particle contact number distribution rules of every grades were acquired from statistical analysis. Contact characteristics can be used for HMA gradation design as a referenced factor through these quantified analysis.%为量化沥青混合料集料之间的接触关系,提出了一种基于数字图像的沥青混合料集料接触 分析方法.以AC20型沥青混合料为例,对72个车辙板试件切片图像进行处理,得到每个切片上大于2.36 mm集料的接触数量及集料特征;通过统计分析,得到AC20型沥青混合料接触对总体分布、各档集料的接触对分布及单颗集料接触数分布规律.通过对AC20型沥青混合料接触状况的量化分析,可将接触特征作为混合料级配设计的参考因素,指导级配设计.
