Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness and safety of shuxuetong in adjuvant treatment of acute cerebral infarction Methods 150 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were in our hospital during October 2010 to December 2012 participated in this study .Participants who were classified into control group were treated with ozagrel sodium injection ,and those in observation group were treated with ozagrel sodium injection and shuxuetong injection. Both ozagrel sodium injection and shuxuetong injection were administrated through intravenous infusion.Overall effective rate, neurological deficit score, Barthel score,and side effects between two groups were compared.Results The cure rate (40%,30/75) and overall effective rate (94.67%,71/75) in observation group were higher than those in control group (χ2=5.123,P=0.034;χ2=8.658,P=0.003).Neurological deficit scores of post-treatment in both groups were lower than pre-treatment,and neurological improvement of observation group (9.12+2.15) was better than control group ( t=5.125,P=0.028) .No severe side effects such as bleeding and allergy were found in both groups .Conclusion Adjuvant treatment of acute cerebral infarction with shuxuetong could relieve clinical symptoms,reduce neurological damage ,and help to recover ability in daily living without causing severe side effects.Application of this treatment method in clinics is warranted .%目的探讨疏血通辅助治疗急性脑梗死临床效果及安全性。方法选取我院2010年10月至2012年12月收治急性脑梗死患者150例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组患者各75例；其中对照组患者采用奥扎格雷钠静脉滴注治疗；观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上，加用疏血通注射液静脉滴注治疗；比较两组患者临床治疗总有效率，治疗前后神经功能缺损评分，日常生活能力评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治愈率40％（30/75）、总有效率94．67％（71/75）明显高于对照组（χ2＝5．123， P＝0．034；χ2＝8．658，P＝0．003）；两组患者治疗后神经功能缺损评分均明显低于治疗前，观察神经功能改善（9．12±2．15）明显优于对照组（t＝5．125，P＝0．028）；治疗后观察组患者日常生活能力评分（78．0±10．3）明显高于对照组（ t＝2．224，P＝0．040）；两组患者均未发现出血、过敏等严重事件。结论疏血通辅助治疗急性脑梗死可有效缓解临床症状，改善神经功能损伤，恢复日常生活能力，且无严重不良反应，具有临床推广使用价值。
