640层 CTA 在缺血性脑血管病中的临床应用

摘要

目的：探讨640层 CT 血管成像在缺血性脑血管病中的临床意义。方法选取2010年8月至2011年7月，哈尔滨市第一医院神经内科住院患者31例，使用东芝 Aquilion ONE 320排640层动态容积 CT进行头颈 CTA 扫描。结果前循环动脉血管狭窄检出率为40．32％，后循环动脉血管狭窄检出率为39．35％。CTA 血管狭窄检出率明显高于磁共振血管成像、经颅多普勒和彩超。结论320排640层动态容积 CTA 可以作为检查缺血性脑血管病患者颅内、颅外血管狭窄的可靠方法之一。%Objective To report initial clinical experience with a 640 slice CT scanner in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods Thirty-one patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease ,admitted in hospital in neurological department from August 2010 to July 2011, were performed for cervicocranial CT angiography (CTA)with Toshiba Aquilion ONE 640-slice dynamic volume CT.Rseults The frequency of anterior circulation artery stenosis was higher than that of posterior circulation artery stenosis in ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients (P=0.021).The artery stenosis detection rate of CTA was higher than that of magnetic resonance angiography (MRA),transcranial Doppler sonography (TCD) and ultrasound (P=0.001, P=0.000 and P=0.191 respectively). Conclusion The results indicate 640-slice CTA as a reliable method can clearly demonstrate extracranial and intracranial artery stenosis in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
