以Zn( CH3 COO)2为锌源,InCl 3为铟源,硫脲为硫源,乙二胺—水混合溶剂下,160℃下溶剂热反应12 h合成了多层立方状ZnIn2 S4,利用扫描电子显微镜、元素分析及X射线粉末衍射对产物形貌及结构进行了分析,并讨论了该产物可能得形成机理。%Layer cubic -like ZnIn2 S4 particles were synthesized under the solvothermal route with the Zn (CH3COO)2 as Zn source, InCl3 as the In source, thiourea as the S source.The morphology and structure were analysis with the SEM images 、EDS analysis 、ICP-OES and XRD analysis .
