溶剂热法合成多层立方状 ZnIn2 S4及表征

摘要

以Zn（ CH3 COO）2为锌源，InCl 3为铟源，硫脲为硫源，乙二胺—水混合溶剂下，160℃下溶剂热反应12 h合成了多层立方状ZnIn2 S4，利用扫描电子显微镜、元素分析及X射线粉末衍射对产物形貌及结构进行了分析，并讨论了该产物可能得形成机理。%Layer cubic -like ZnIn2 S4 particles were synthesized under the solvothermal route with the Zn (CH3COO)2 as Zn source, InCl3 as the In source, thiourea as the S source.The morphology and structure were analysis with the SEM images 、EDS analysis 、ICP-OES and XRD analysis .
