瑞士球核心力量训练对有氧和无氧运动能力影响的实验研究

     

摘要

To evaluate the effects of Swiss ball core strength training and traditional ground strength training on improving college students' aerobic and anaerobic exercise ability. The subjects in core strength training group (n = 13) did push - up and curl - up on Swiss Ball (GoFit Swiss Ball, 75 cm) , and those in traditional strength training group (n = 7) did push - up and curl - up on the ground; The subjects in the control group (n = 8) didn't do any related special training. Subjects in both strength training group did exercises for 7 weeks,3 times/week,60 min/time, 60 s each type with 2 s/shot, 3 groups each type, a total of 6 groups, 5 min intervals between groups. We performed Wingate anaerobic testing and maximal oxygen uptake measurement before and after training. There were no significant difference (P>0.05) in all indexes before and after training in control group. In the core strength training group and traditional strength training group, comparing with the value before the training, the absolute and the relative values of maximal oxygen uptake were significantly increased ( P < 0. 01) ; the peak anaerobic power were significantly increased ( P < 0. 05 ) . The average anaerobic power was very significantly increased (P<0.01) in the core strength training group, and it was significantly increased(P < 0. 05) in the traditional strength training group. The core strength training and the traditional strength training had no significant difference in improving aerobic and anaerobic exercise ability.%进一步评价瑞士球核心力量训练和传统地面力量训练对大学生有氧和无氧运动能力的增进效益.核心力量训练组(n=13)采用瑞士球(GoFit Swiss Ball,75 cm)上俯卧撑和瑞士球上仰卧起坐;传统力量训练组(n=7)采用地上俯卧撑和仰卧起坐;对照组受试者(n=8)不进行任何相关的专门性训练.力量训练组每周训练3次,每次60 min,每个动作持续60 s,节拍器控制节奏2s/拍,每种方式3组,共6组,组间间歇5min,训练周期为7周.分别于训练前、训练七周后进行Wingate无氧测试和最大吸氧量测试.对照组前后两次测量之间无显著性差异(P>0.05).核心力量训练组和传统力量训练组中,七周后最大吸氧量的绝对值以及相对值均呈现极显著性增加(P<0.01),最高无氧功率呈显著性增加(P<0.05);平均无氧功率在核心力量训练组呈极显著性增加(P<0.01),在传统力量训练组也呈显著性增加(P<0.05).核心力量训练和传统的力量训练在提高人体有氧和无氧运动能力方面并无显著差异.
