几种药物干预骨质疏松动物模型骨剪切力学特性的对比分析

         

摘要

To conduct the testing of shear mechanical properties on the tibial rats between the normal control group,the osteoporosis model group with Dan Qi particles,ipriflavone,combined type,estrogen Premarin,and the αD3 treatment,and to determine the various osteoporosis therapy effect.The rats′left,right tibia were gotten to do shear experiment after feeding15 weeks,The senile osteoporosis animal model was made by the method to remove the ovaries,and the Dan Qi particles,ipriflavone,conjugated estrogen (Premarin tablets),αD3 treatment were used.The results showed that the maximum load,maximum,the shear stress of osteoporosis animal model group were significantly lower than those in normal control group and the treatment group (P<0.05 ),maximum strain and αD3 group showed no significant difference (P>0.05 ).Treatment of rats with Dan Qi particles,the maximum load,maximum shear stress,maximum shear strain and the rats′tibial maximum load,maximum shear stress,maximum shear strain of normal control group showed no significant difference (P>0.05 ).The shearing properties of the model group rats′tibial had changed because the osteoporosis.The shear mechanical properties of Dan Qiparticles,ipriflavone,combined type,estrogen premarin treatment group are improved,the best one is Dan Qi particles,and there is no significant increasing in tensile mechanical properties with the αD3 group.%对正常对照组、骨质疏松模型组,以丹杞颗粒、依普拉芬、结合型雌激素、倍美力、阿法D3治疗组大鼠胫骨进行剪切力学特性测试,确定各种药物治疗骨质疏松的效果。以去卵巢法复制老龄骨质疏松动物模型,以丹杞颗粒、依普拉芬、结合性雌激素(倍美力)、αD3进行治疗,饲养15周后取大鼠左、右侧胫骨进行剪切实验。结果表明,骨质疏松动物模型组股骨最大载荷、最大剪切应力,显著低于正常对照组和各治疗组(P<0.05),最大应变与αD3组差异不显著(P>0.05)。以丹杞颗粒治疗组大鼠胫骨最大载荷、最大剪切应力、最大剪切应变与正常的对照组大鼠胫骨最大载荷、最大剪切应力、最大剪切应变差异不显著(P>0.05)。模型组大鼠由于骨质疏松导致胫骨剪切力学特性发生改变。以丹杞颗粒、依普拉芬、结合型雌激素(倍美力)治疗组剪切力学特性均有一定提高,丹杞颗粒效果最好,αD3组剪切力学性能提高不显著。
