PURPOSE: A mouse transformed to MEF gene and the usage thereof are provided to suppress osteogenesis by osteoblast and promote bone absorption by osteoclast.;CONSTITUTION: A mouse transformed to MEF gene comprises promoter specific osteoblast as a type one collagen promoter. The MEF gene is Flag-tagged. The nucleic acid molecule comprises a polyadenylation signal of minor globin. The transgenic mouse is generated from accession number KCTC11820BP. A manufacturing method of transgenic mouse which over-expresses MEF protein comprises a step of manufacturing nucleic acid molecule including MEF gene which is controlled by specific promoter osteoblast and specific promoter osteoblast; a step of obtaining fertilized egg from a mouse; a step of transplanting the nucleic acid molecule to nucleus of fertilized egg; and a step of transplanting an embryo to the Fallopian tube of female mouse.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
