坐骨神经损伤的三维有限元分析

         

摘要

To establish the three -dimensional finite element model of sciatic nerve injury,and then calculate the stress and dis-placement at the site of anastomosis with the three -dimensional finite element analysis software and provide the basic biomechanical experiments for the injury of sciatic nerve transplantation.The three -dimensional finite element model with 5mm,10mm,15mm, 20mm of sciatic nerve injury nerve autograft were established,we applied 10N tensile load on the force model,the displacement and stress values around each measuring point were calculated by using the finite element software (PROE5.0).The maximum stress of transplantation group with 5 mm is greater than that in transplantation group with 10 mm,15 mm and 20 mm under the same load simu-lation of sciatic nerve injury with autologous nerve.The maximum displacement of transplantation group with 20 mm is greater than that in the transplantation group with 15 mm,10 mm and 5 mm in the presence of 10 kf simulation with autologous nerve injury of sciatic nerve.It is feasible for sciatic injury model by numerical calculation using three -dimensional finite element method.%建立坐骨神经损伤三维有限元模型,以三维有限元分析软件计算吻合口处应力和位移,为坐骨神经损伤移植提供生物力学实验基础。建立5、10、15、20 mm 坐骨神经损伤以自体神经移植三维有限元模型,分别对各受力模型施加10 N 拉伸载荷,以有限元软件(PROE5.0)计算吻合口周围各测点的应力和位移值。在相同载荷作用下模拟坐骨神经损伤以自体神经5 mm 移植组最大应力大于以自体神经移植10、15、20 mm移植组。在10 kf 作用下,模拟坐骨神经损伤以自体神经20 mm 移植模型组最大位移大于以自体神经15、10、5 mm 移植组。以三维有限元法对坐骨经损伤模型进行数值计算是可行的。
